My name is Pedro Puntel and I am a Brazilian animator with over ten years of experience working as animation director, animation supervisor and animator. I was born in the state of Rio de Janeiro but I currently reside in São Paulo. I went to college for graphic design at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and after graduation I joined the Classical Animation Program at Vancouver Film School, and have been working in the animation industry since then. My career started on the first season of the popular Brazilian preschool show Earth to Luna and from then on I’ve had the opportunity to work on many different tv shows, a couple feature films, cutscenes for video games and other shorter projects as well. Aside from animation I am really into movies, indie games, alternative rock bands and graphic novels/non-superhero comics.
